Backing plates for sputtering targets, Marine and ship-related parts, Outdoor-use components, Building materials, Machine parts
Cu-Zn brass with a small amount of Sn added to improve corrosion resistance.
Compared with common brass (C26000, C26800, C28000), it can be used even in seawater or high-humidity environments.
Being a brass, it offers high tensile strength and wear resistance with excellent workability.
