  • Copper cakes and billets from MMC are core copper products widely adopted across a broad range of industries, including automotive components, semiconductors, welding electrodes, and aerospace. With superior quality and stable properties, they are highly regarded as ideal starting materials for manufacturing a wide variety of high value-added products such as plates, strips, tubes, bars, wires, and forgings.
  • We manufacture copper cakes and billets at two production sites: Osaka Plant, Sakai site and Onahama Smelting Co., Ltd. in Iwate City, Fukushima. One of the most robust supply systems in Japan enables us to provide stable and reliable supply tailored to diverse customer requirements.
  • In addition to major copper grades such as tough-pitch copper and phosphorus-deoxidized copper, we offer oxygen-free copper that boasts world-leading quality and market share. Our lineup also includes a wide range of high-performance copper alloys based on oxygen-free copper, with additions of chromium, zirconium, nickel, silver, and other elements.
