Gotoh manufacturing supplies leadframe products that meet the diverse needs of domestic and overseas semiconductor manufacturers by using the technologies of designing, manufacturing, stamping, and plating of moldings, which are accumulated for long period of times.
The copper strips (including Multi-gauge strips) such as TAMAC series, ZC, oxygen free copper, and the like are used for the lead frames for discrete devices, which are our main products.
Power semiconductors using the lead frame of Gotoh manufacturing have been used for home appliances, automotive parts, inverters for industrial equipment, and the like. The power semiconductors are semiconductors (diodes, transistors, and ICs) that convert alternating currents to direct currents or change voltages so as to be used for power control of microcomputers, LSIs, motors and batteries.
We supply higher quality products by designing and manufacturing the mold and various manufacturing equipment required for the lead frame manufacturing process in our own factories. In addition, we have independently developed a prototype system that can greatly reduce the development cost and duration of semiconductor lead frames so as to provide a number of semiconductor manufacturers.
